To make a donation in memory of a loved one, friend or colleague, please use the following secure In Memoriam donation form. The Lung Association of Saskatchewan will send a card on your behalf acknowledging your gift.

A tribute gift can honour a friend, relative or animal companion while providing key support to the Lung Association of Saskatchewan's research, education and community support programs. A tribute gift is a wonderful way to mark a special occasion, honour a friend or co-worker, celebrate a birthday or other special events. A personalized acknowledgement will be sent informing the recipient that a gift has been made on their behalf. Tribute gifts to the Lung Association of Saskatchewan can be made by filling out the secure on-line tributes form.

By giving your support to the Lung Association of Saskatchewan, you can rest assured that continued funding will be available for world-class medical research carried out right here in Saskatchewan. This research is key in isolating the causes of lung disease, and is our most vital step towards the development of better treatments.
